Thank you for your recent order of our PRODUCT on ORDER DATE.

We are able to offer our products at such low prices, sometimes even free, by shipping directly from the manufacturer. For this reason, we do ask that you please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to be prepared and shipped to you. Obviously, we've gone beyond this time-frame, and I sincerely apologize for the delay. We are currently experiencing shipping delays from our supplier but hope to have this issue resolved very soon.

However, I can assure you that your order will ship out to you as soon as possible. If at any time you feel you've waited long enough and would prefer a refund, just let me know and I'd be happy to process a refund for you immediately.
